PROJECT 4 :

For Project 4, we are required to create an animation design based on the poster we have done in Project 2. We need to create two animation that is 15 seconds each in both sizes :

• Size 1: 1080 x 1920 px (Vertical Video)
• Size 2: 1920 x 1920 px (Square Video)

Then we will need to upload our completed animation to Youtube and submit the links.

REFLECTIVE WRITING

Through Project 4, I got to explore a lot more compared to what I did back in Project 2 with Photoshop. It also helped me recall some of the things Mr. Fauzi had taught us in class, which was really helpful. Overall, it was a fun and refreshing experience. I was surprised to learn that animation can actually be done in Photoshop—I always thought it was just for editing images.

At first, everything felt a bit overwhelming, but as I continued working, it gradually became easier. For me, brainstorming ideas wasn’t too difficult. The real challenge was dealing with the constant lag while animating. I couldn’t preview my animation smoothly, and when I did, it was very slow and frustrating. Still, I managed to push through and complete an animation I’m really satisfied with.

I’m proud that I took the chance to explore Photoshop on my own and experiment with different design styles. More than just learning the tools, I learned how to think creatively and solve problems in new ways. This project really helped me grow—not just as a designer, but also as a creative thinker.
